Please Note Before Booking:
• Entry requires descending one exterior flight of stairs from the parking area. Once inside, the entire condo is on one level.
• The pullout sleeper sofa provides sleeping space for up to two additional guests.
• The community pool is open in the summer months (dates and hours set by the condo association).
• One parking space directly in front of the building is assigned to our condo. Additional unreserved spaces are available nearby. No parking passes are required.
• Boats and trailers may not be parked within the complex.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
